Terms And Conditions
1. Rental Requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
- You must provide a valid credit card and proof of insurance.
- International renters must provide a valid passport, driver’s license, and international driving permit (if applicable).
2. Rental Period:
- The rental period begins and ends on the dates specified in the rental agreement.
- Late returns are subject to additional charges.
3. Vehicle Condition:
- You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition as received.
- You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
- Smoking and pets are not allowed in the vehicle. Cleaning fees will apply if this policy is violated.
4. Rental Rates and Fees:
- You agree to pay the rental rate, mileage charges, and any additional fees specified in the rental agreement.
- Fuel must be returned at the same level as when the vehicle was rented; otherwise, a refueling fee will be applied.
5. Cancellation and Modification:
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period are subject to a cancellation fee.
- Changes to the reservation are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Prohibited Uses:
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal purposes, racing, or towing.
- You must not operate the vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
7. Termination:
- We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the vehicle if you breach any terms of this agreement.
8. Security Deposit
-A security deposit will be required depending on the car the customer will choose.
-Security deposit is accepted in cash or via credit card.
-Security deposit return :
The net amount of the deposit after deducting the irregularities and the transit fees of passing traffic tariff gates “ Salik and darb ” shall be refunded after 30 days from returning the vehicle as follows.
– To the hirer’s account if the deposit payment is in cash , on condition that you provide us with international bank account number “IBAN” and Bank’s name.
– Transfer credit card when it is paid securely by credit card.

10. Taxes
Applicable taxes are applied in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. (8) of 2017 related to Value Added Tax.
VAT is 5% calculated from the total amount.
11. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations.
By signing the rental agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
